Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lock Bresnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King comes to the cage accompanied by Saliva-Badass. Bresnar has chosen ABOVE THE LAW - murder rap as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tony King! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 8 - 1, fighting out of New York, Lock Bresnar! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Jorge Garcia and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bresnar circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bresnar throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck King on the side of the head. Bresnar lands a right hook to the body.
King has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Factory in the buildup to the fight. Bresnar keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
King throws a right hand that Bresnar ducks under and follows up with a left that Bresnar also avoids with ease. King swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A telegraphed right hand from Bresnar misses the target. King tests Bresnar's chin there with a solid looking shot. Bresnar uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before King has time to react. King walks into a jab. Bresnar's coach down at Midnight MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Bresnar's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. King throws a lazy right hand but Bresnar sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Bresnar lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
This has been an exciting period of action! King throws a poor cross that misses
and Bresnar counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. King throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
King drives through with a takedown into guard. Bresnar is adopting a defensive guard. Bresnar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. King has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bresnar keeps trying to improve his position. King connects with a couple of short punches. King with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Bresnar is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Bresnar preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Bresnar wants to sweep but no luck. Bresnar working a defensive guard here.
Bresnar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. King loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bresnar keeping moving, preventing King from controlling successfully. Bresnar not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
King postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Hammerfist, elbow! yells King's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Bresnar throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Bresnar is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. King blocking the ground and pound attempt from Bresnar. King tries to get to full guard but Bresnar has control of the leg. Bresnar looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bresnar working King over with strikes. Bresnar seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but King does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. King is looking to improve his position.
Bresnar seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
King is trying to maintain the position but Bresnar is very close to passing his half guard. King is looking for a sweep. Bresnar is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. King looks like he's trying to stand up.
Bresnar not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Bresnar wants to control but King is keeping him busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Bresnar is pressing down on King's thigh, looking to free his foot. King is holding on for now. King is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Bresnar scores with a couple of nice shots. Bresnar throwing shots but King is blocking nicely. Bresnar sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. King defending well though. Bresnar thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A swing and a miss from Bresnar. Bresnar connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. King is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bresnar. King drives through with a takedown into Bresnar's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Bresnar looking to sweep here. No luck so far. King missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. King throws a strike but Bresnar rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Bresnar controlling from the top position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lock Bresnar dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
King works the jab nicely. King throws a shot from downtown. Bresnar moves away and avoids it. King fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bresnar sprawls well initially but King persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Bresnar tries to get to full guard but King has control of the leg. Bresnar wants to control but King is keeping busy and won't allow it. King working the head and body with strikes. Bresnar is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of King's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take King's back! Bresnar throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting King!
Bresnar has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. King trying to control the hands but Bresnar breaks the grip. King controlling Bresnar 's hands. Bresnar keeps control of the position as King tries to break free.
That's one minute gone in the round. King is taking damage to the body and head. Bresnar is striking well from the back but King escapes and manages to control the positon and works his way to half guard. A much better position - the crisis is over for the time being. Bresnar sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. King defending well though. Bresnar is trying to control the action in half guard but King is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Bresnar thows a huge punch but King dodges it nicely.
Bresnar scoring with strikes to the body and head. Bresnar takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. King regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Bresnar. King keeping moving, preventing Bresnar from controlling successfully. Bresnar looking to sit in guard and control but King gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. King distracts Bresnar with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Bresnar is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Bresnar with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

Bresnar wants to take a breather but King is having none of it. Bresnar sitting and controlling from the half guard. Bresnar winds up and cracks King with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Bresnar trying to pass the guard but King defending well. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bresnar connects with a nice short shot to King's temple.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Bresnar lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Bresnar scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Bresnar thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. King is trying to get back to full guard. Bresnar looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bresnar sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. King defending well though. King controlling the position for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lock Bresnar showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!
A slow jab from Bresnar misses its intended target. King tries for a takedown but Bresnar sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Bresnar throws a shot to the body.

King tried to counter with a leg kick but Bresnar avoided it. Bresnar throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
King walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Bresnar lands with a nice combination. King backs away looking to recover. King ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bresnar moves away. Bresnar throws a counter combo. Bresnar misses with a wild combination.
As Bresnar backs away, King returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Bresnar loads up on a big right hand but King slips the punch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A lazy left from King finds it's target. King misses with an uppercut. Bresnar saw that one coming. Bresnar dodges the punch combination from King.
Bresnar misses with a few strikes there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bresnar looks to score with a jab to the body but King is just out of range. King misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Bresnar takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Nice body punch from Bresnar. Bresnar clobbers King with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. King shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bresnar as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tony King. That's going to take a lot out of him. King has closed the distance and engaged Bresnar in a clinch.

Bresnar pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Bresnar digs a right hand into King's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on King's gas tank. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bresnar tried to land a shot to the body but connects with King's elbow. Good body shot from Bresnar.
Bresnar breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
King's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bresnar connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! King scrambles back to his feet. King throws a chopping leg kick but Bresnar manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Lock Bresnar is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bresnar lands a nice looking body shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. King on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. King takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Bresnar scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Bresnar bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps King's head backwards. King closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
King is rocked! Bresnar connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt King covering up! Bresnar comes in with a big uppercut and King goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Lock Bresnar! Jumping up and down and very excited, Lock Bresnar waved his t-shirt featuring Underworld Clothing's logo in front of the cameras.
