Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ronaldo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Rampage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ronaldo Gracie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, George Rampage! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Russell Pearce and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rampage shoots for a takedown but Gracie saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Rampage keeps the fight on the outside. Gracie circles away from the clinch attempt.
Gracie walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Rampage checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Rampage checks a leg kick nicely. Rampage bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Nice body punch from Gracie. Gracie misses with a head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gracie is looking to clinch. Rampage displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gracie throws out the jab. Gracie misses with a wild body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rampage does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Rampage fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Gracie throws a leg kick and Rampage counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Gracie! Rampage avoids the attempt from Gracie to control. Rampage looks gassed! Gracie keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Gracie tries to hold on but Rampage pushes him away. Gracie is trying desperately to improve position. Gracie manages to regain half guard. Good work. Gracie is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Rampage pulls his head out easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gracie gets back to full guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gracie working for a triangle but Rampage defends it easily.
Rampage is trying to land a reversal but Gracie doesn't like that idea too much. He pushed the legs to the side and dives into side control. He's managed to grab a loose arm triangle. Gracie is tightening it up though! This could be trouble for Rampage! Rampage trying desperately to escape but he's gone limp! He's out! Wooooorld class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from Gracie!
