Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scott Schultz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Halloway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jeff Halloway has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Scott Schultz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jeff Halloway! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Jorge Garcia and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Halloway lands a right hook to the body.
Halloway closes the distance and clinches. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Halloway. Schultz has Halloway pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Schultz pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Halloway tumbling to the mat - Schultz dives into Halloway's guard. Halloway bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Schultz's guard.
Schultz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Halloway working some strikes from top position. Halloway wants to stand but Schultz is controlling his posture from full guard. Halloway throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Schultz works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Halloway's corner is telling him to maintain position. Schultz is trying to hold Halloway in close to prevent damage but Halloway has managed to pass into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Halloway is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Schultz sees it coming and defends easily. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Schultz wants to control the action here but instead Halloway manages to pass to full mount! Halloway tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Schultz is working to get back to half guard.
Halloway controlling the pace for now. Schultz is bucking up trying to escape but Halloway cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
It looks like Scott Schultz has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Schultz keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Halloway controlling the pace for now. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Halloway cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Scott Schultz's cut is getting worse. Halloway controlling the position easily from mount. Halloway in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Schultz is rocked!
Scott Schultz's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Halloway with a couple of short strikes. Oh Schultz is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Halloway lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Oooooh, big shot lands for Halloway! Schultz is hurt baaadly! Halloway is firing away with more strikes - Schultz is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
