Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Edgar Osborn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jui Jitz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jui Jitz has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Edgar Osborn's chin.

The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Paul Gruel and Chris Saunders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

Osborn bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Jitz manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Osborn wants to work for an arm triangle but Jitz is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Jitz is looking for a triangle but Osborn pushes his legs off easily.
Osborn will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Osborn avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Jitz should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Jitz escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Osborn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Jitz working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Osborn doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Osborn manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Osborn drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Jitz dives on top into guard.

Osborn escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jitz gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Jitz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Osborn swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Jitz thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Osborn is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Osborn looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jitz is one step ahead there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Osborn has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Osborn tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Jitz is pressing down on Osborn's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Jitz looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Osborn has picked Jitz up and slammed him! Jitz can't keep hold of the triangle and Osborn manages to pass to side control!

That was a close round but I would say that Edgar Osborn will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Osborn has closed the distance and engaged Jitz in a clinch.

Osborn manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Jitz is working to tighten his grip on Osborn's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Osborn has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Jitz is really squeezing tight and eventually Osborn passes out! Jitz breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Jui Jitz spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
