Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between OJ Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Swanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Black might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ja Rule feat. Fat Joe & Jadakiss - New York. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Joe Swanson was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joe Swanson!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swanson lands a nice looking body shot.
Black throws a jab when Swanson was well out of range.
Black tries to close the distance and clinch but Swanson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Black closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Black breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Black throws a leg kick but Swanson checks it.
A punch combination from Black misses.
Black avoids a punch combination nicely.
A telegraphed right hand from Black misses the target.
Swanson swats away the attempt to clinch by Black.
Swanson blocks a jab.
Nice defenses there by Swanson.
Swanson looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Black!
Swanson looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Swanson punishing his opponent with strikes.
It looks like OJ Black has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Swanson is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Black is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Black flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Swanson anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Black and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Swanson slips an arm under Black chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Swanson has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Swanson is squeezing on Black like an anaconda would it's prey. Black fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Joe Swanson!
