Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pozar Pozar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugo Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pozar comes to the cage accompanied by z Buta Wjeżdzam. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pozar tries for a takedown but Wolf sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Wolf is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Wolf shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Pozar sprawls well. Pozar wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wolf gets slowly back to his feet. Pozar seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Pozar shoots in looking for a takedown. Wolf tries to sprawl out of it but Pozar keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wolf manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Wolf tries for a takedown but Pozar sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Pozar goes for a double leg but Wolf avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wolf continues to drive forward. Wolf tries to counter by closing the distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pozar Pozar. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wolf shoots in looking for a takedown. Pozar tries to sprawl out of it but Wolf keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pozar manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. It looked like Pozar wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Pozar with a poor takedown and Wolf decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Pozar's guard. Pozar has his feet on Wolf's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pozar goes for a double leg but Wolf avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wolf continues to drive forward. Pozar looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wolf is fending him off so far but Pozar persists. Nope, Wolf circles away and we're back to standing. Pozar Pozar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pozar shoots in for a double leg but Wolf sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Pozar shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Wolf but Wolf pushes him off and we're back to square one. Excellent takedown into side control there by Wolf. Pozar tries to improve position but can't. Wolf is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pozar has escaped the position, nice work there. Pozar tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Wolf wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wolf lands some shots froms side control. Pozar takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wolf scoring with punches and elbows.
Pozar is rocked!
It looks like Pozar Pozar has been cut. Wolf working away. Oh Pozar is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Pozar is not content to let Wolf control the position. Wolf has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Wolf works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Pozar takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Wolf tries for a kimura but Pozar is defending well. Pozar tries to get back to half guard but can't. Wolf lands a nice forearm strike. Wolf lands a strong strike to the head of Pozar. That's dazed him! Wolf looking to finish here. Pozar is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Wolf lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hugo Wolf! During a confident post fight interview, Hugo Wolf thanked all his fans.
