Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between MIchael Henley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohammad Bagheri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bagheri has chosen Tonight's Our Night as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, MIchael Henley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mohammad Bagheri! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, John Kavanagh and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch lands to the side of Bagheri 's head but he takes it in his stride. Bagheri walks into a straight right hand from Henley. Henley steps into range and cracks Bagheri with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Bagheri flops backwards and Henley dives into his guard looking to finish!
Bagheri is rocked! Henley has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. This has been an exciting period of action! Bagheri looking to hit a scissor sweep but Henley is one step ahead there. Henley trying to control the position from guard on top but Bagheri is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Henley avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Henley got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bagheri has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Henley has managed to get both his arms back between Bagheri's legs - danger averted. Bagheri looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Bagheri has his foot on Henley's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Henley works his way back into a safe position though.

Bagheri escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Henley gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Henley wants to stand but Bagheri has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Bagheri is looking for a triangle here but Henley uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Henley wants to stand but Bagheri is controlling his arm. Bagheri is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Henley wants to stand but Bagheri is controlling his arm. Bagheri tries to improve position but can't. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Bagheri manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bagheri actively working from the bottom here. Bagheri is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Henley pulls his head out easily. Bagheri is looking to get back to full guard here but Henley has managed to pass to side control instead. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bagheri is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Henley is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Henley can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bagheri is looking to escape. Henley controlling the position easily from mount. Henley trying to control but Bagheri is having none of it. Bagheri really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bagheri looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Henley looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Bagheri tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Bagheri is looking to get to half guard. Bagheri gets back to half guard. Bagheri looking for submissions off his back. Bagheri looking for submissions from an awkward position here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
MIchael Henley dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Bagheri circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bagheri changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Henley wants to clinch. Henley tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bagheri paws at him with a jab and circles away. Henley misses with a jab, cross combination.
The fight stays on the outside here - Henley looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Henley lands a slapping body shot.
Henley cracks Bagheri with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Henley gets caught flat footed, as Bagheri shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Bagheri drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Bagheri as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Henley screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Bagheri! Nice submission victory there!
