The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Vrlinic.

Ryan moves into the clinch successfully.
Vrlinic blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Ryan keeps control of Vrlinic as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Ryan tries to close the distance and clinch but Vrlinic swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Ryan darts in and clinches Vrlinic up against the cage.
Vrlinic is trying to break the clinch but Ryan is controlling him.

Ryan is struggling to control the position.
Vrlinic blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Vrlinic rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ryan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ryan avoids a punch combination nicely.
Vrlinic closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Ryan is rocked!
Vrlinic batters Ryan with a massive right followed by a huge left! Ryan is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Vrlinic lands a final crushing right hand to drop Ryan to the mat with a gruesome thud! Vrlinic is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
