The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Nunes misses.
Wiik looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Nunes swinging wildly here.
Sloppy strikes from Nunes . Those never looked like landing.
Wiik closes the distance and clinches up with Nunes , looking for a takedown. Wiik pushes Nunes against the ropes but Nunes circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nunes fails to land with a series of punches.

It looks like Egil Wiik has been cut.
Wiik avoids a punch combination nicely.
Nunes throws a right and a left that Wiik avoids nicely.
Nunes lands a left and a right that send Wiik crashing to the mat, dazed. Nunes thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Wiik has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
OH! Wiik has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Nunes smells blood and charges in for the finish! Nunes unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Wiik sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
