Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwayne Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dwayne Johnson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brock Lesnar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dwayne Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnson has taken the fight to the clinch.
Lesnar is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Johnson is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Lesnar gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Lesnar changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Johnson fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Lesnar seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Johnson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lesnar connects with a nice short shot to Johnson's temple.

Lesnar is looking for a kimura but Johnson is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lesnar to get the leverage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lesnar stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Johnson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Brock Lesnar will probably get the nod.
