Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michael Thane!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sato turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Thane jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Sato tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Sato throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Thane comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Sato throws a head kick that misses.
Thane stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Sato.
Sato lands a jab to the head.
Thane misses with a jab, cross combination.
Thane throws a combination. Sato tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like Hirohito Sato has been cut.
Michael Thane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sato ducks under a wild hook from Thane.
Thane throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sato throws a body kick that misses.
Sato blocks a head kick by Thane.
Sato misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Sato.
Thane avoids the head kick by Sato.

Thane throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Sato tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Thane manages to circle out of the way.
Thane scores with a body shot.
Sato wants to clinch.
Thane works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Sato throws a head kick but Thane moves out of range.
Thane swings for the body but Sato moves out of range.
Sato misses with a body punch
and Thane counters with a stiff right hand.
Sato walks into a left hand.
A thudding body kick lands there by Thane!
Sato slips under a jab.
Sato is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Thane.

Sato thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Thane if he has to take too many more of those.
Thane connects with a body shot that sends Sato's belly button to the back.
Sato definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Thane throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Thane missing with a left hand there. Sato was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Sato fires out a quick counter leg kick but Thane just manages to avoid it.
Sato gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Thane counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Sato takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Thane misses with an uppercut.
Thane motions for Sato to come forward. Thane throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Sato tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Thane manages to circle out of the way.
Thane scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Sato is rocked!
Nice body punch from Thane.
Oh Sato is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Thane drops Sato with a big left hand! Sato is injured, injured bad! Thane jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
