Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tee Bone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Richards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bone might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Somebody's gonna get it. Mike Richards looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Richards circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bone drives through and clinches with Richards against the cage.
Richards ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Richards no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Bone works a leg free and moves into half guard. Richards is not content to let Bone control the position. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Bone wants to take a breather but Richards is having none of it. Richards gets back to full guard.
Richards is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Bone trying to control the position from guard on top but Richards is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Richards keeping full guard, as Bone tries to pass. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Richards pushes Bone off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Richards fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bone sprawls well initially but Richards persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Richards thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Bone's head. Bone actively working from the bottom here. Richards is controlling the pace.
Richards wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bone keeps working. Richards looks gassed! The fighters are battling for position here. Bone manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Bone looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Richards puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Bone is looking for a sweep. Richards is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Richards tries to pass to full mount but Bone defends it. Bone tries to get to full guard but Richards has control of the leg. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Bone slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Richards trying to control the position from guard on top but Bone is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bone looking to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Richards avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Bone can't keep his opponent in guard - Richards advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Richards works his way into side control. Bone tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Richards wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Richards thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Bone manages to work his way to half guard, despite Richards's best efforts. Bone tries to roll over but Richards keeps him under control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Richards dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Bone tries to clinch but Richards moves out of range. No luck for Bone with that takedown attempt. Richards slips a jab and a cross from Bone.

Bone shoots in looking for a takedown. Richards tries to sprawl out of it but Bone keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Richards manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Richards lands a nice shot to the body.
Richards feints and as Bone raises his hands in defense, Richards changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Bone has a closed guard, preventing Richards from standing up. Bone looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Bone can't keep his opponent in guard - Richards advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bone throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Richards landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Bone is looking for a sweep. Richards is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Richards is tying to control. Bone wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Bone is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Richards pulls his head out easily. Bone is defending against the submission attempts here by Richards.
Bone wants to get back to full guard. Richards passes the guard and advances to mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Bone is looking to improve his position but Richards isn't that keen on the idea. Richards avoids the attempt from Bone to control. Richards trying to control but he's not successful this time. Bone regains half guard. Richards tries to stand and escape but Bone is controlling the position. Bone regains full guard. Nicely done. Richards thows a big elbow that misses.

Bone manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Richards manages to get himself to full guard.
Bone is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Bone passes Richards's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Bone wants to advance to full mount but Richards doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Bone trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Richards is looking for a triangle but Bone pushes his legs off easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Bone passes Richards's left leg - he's now in half guard. Bone is looking to take a break and control but Richards is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Richards won't allow Bone to pass to mount. Richards works his way to full guard. Good work. Bone stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Richards swivels though and keeps the full guard. Richards working for a triangle but Bone defends it easily.
Richards wants to stand up but Bone is controlling him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Richards showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

The fighters roll with the hold and Richards manages to kick Bone off! Bone jumps back into Richards's guard. Richards trying to control the position.
Richards looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Bone working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Bone drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bone jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Richards working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bone doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bone manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Bone advances position into side control! Bone lands an elbow. Richards is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Bone looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Richards is trying to control but can't.

Richards is trying to get back to full guard. Tee Bone has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Bone trying to mount his opponent but Richards defends it. Richards is trying to get back to full guard. Richards won't allow Bone to pass to mount.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Richards tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bone swivels and escapes. A nice combination there by Bone.

Richards rushes Bone and presses him up against the cage. Bone throws an elbow but it misses.

Tee Bone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Richards. Bone lands an elbow inside. Bone manages to break the clinch.
Bone moves in looking to clinch but Richards pushes him off. Bone throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Richards looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Bone! Richards trying to control but he's not successful this time. Bone can't escape the position.
