Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tiao Macale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hakeem Berzevaco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Macale comes to the cage accompanied by Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life. Berzevaco has chosen Kaksi vanhaa hinttaria as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Jeff Smith and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macale blocks a head kick by Berzevaco.
Berzevaco misses the shot to the body.
Macale takes a swing at Berzevaco's ribcage but misses.
Macale on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Macale throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Berzevaco blocks a head kick by Macale.
That kick from Berzevaco tenderised Macale's leg. Macale is trying to keep his angry face on.
Macale connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Berzevaco moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Macale fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Berzevaco manages to avoid it.
Berzevaco misses with a few strikes there.
Macale misses with a left hand
and Berzevaco counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Berzevaco looks for the body kick but Macale saw that one coming.
Macale gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Berzevaco trying to control the position from guard on top but Macale is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Berzevaco in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Berzevaco throws a big right hand that misses.
Berzevaco stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Macale swivels though and keeps the full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Macale trying to keep a closed guard but Berzevaco is proving a slippery customer.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Berzevaco lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Macale can't keep his opponent in guard - Berzevaco advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Berzevaco wants to pass to mount but Macale is defending the position.
Berzevaco has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Macale is staying active underneath Berzevaco, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Macale knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Berzevaco on the ground.

Berzevaco lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Berzevaco is landing with some decent strikes but Macale is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Berzevaco cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Berzevaco looking to isolate an arm here. Macale doesn't see it coming and as Berzevaco extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Berzevaco!
