The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roditis misses with the combination.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Roditis.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Whitney accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Whitney has Roditis pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Whitney pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Roditis tumbling to the mat - Whitney dives into Roditis's guard.
Roditis is looking to stand back up but Whitney counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Roditis.

Roditis is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Whitney scores with a couple of nice shots.

Roditis is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Roditis is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That was a close second round but I would say that Joaquin Whitney will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Whitney takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Roditis cracks Whitney with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Roditis has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Whitney to stand back up!
Whitney is rocked!
It looks like Joaquin Whitney has been cut.
Roditis ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Whitney's jaw. Whitney's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Roditis does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Nikos Roditis!
