Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ed Frettish!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Mauricio Rocha and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frettish missing with a left hand there. Kropelis was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Kropelis throws a nice looking combination but Frettish bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Kropelis fails with a takedown attempt.
Frettish misses with a double jab
and Kropelis counters with a nice double leg into side control. Frettish won't be happy with that.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frettish wants to control but Kropelis postures up.
Kropelis has hold of Frettish's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Frettish seems comfortable defending it but Kropelis has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Frettish is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Frettish is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Kropelis couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Krabis Kropelis bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
