Penn comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kung Fu Fighting - The Vamps kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Penn, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Penn tries to bum rush Bowers with a series of wild strikes but Bowers uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bowers tries to clinch there but Penn circles away.
Bowers throws a jab but it's blocked by Penn.
Penn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Penn throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
It looked like Bowers was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Bowers avoids the body shot from Penn.
Bowers is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Penn.
Penn works Bowers's body with a nice hook.
Penn throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Bowers's head.
It looks like Humberto Bowers has been cut.
A slapping body kick lands there for Penn.
Penn lands a big head kick that sends Bowers tumbling to the mat! Penn takes a step backwards and waves Bowers back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Bowers is rocked!
Bowers really is a fat lump.

Penn drops Bowers with a big left hand! Bowers is injured, injured bad! Penn jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
