Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Louis Litt! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Anthony Graham! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Daniel Franklin and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Graham rushes Litt and presses him up against the cage. Graham connects with a nasty looking knee right to Litt's face.
Graham decides to pull guard. Graham is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Litt is aware though and is defending well. Graham is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Graham looking to control.
Litt drops back looking for a leg! Graham is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Graham manages to kick Litt off! Litt jumps back into Graham's guard. Litt trying to control the position from guard on top but Graham is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Litt is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Graham is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Litt has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's one minute gone in the round. Graham looking for subs off his back but Litt has passed one foot through into half guard.
Litt is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Graham has managed to free his arm - good work. Litt is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Litt wants to work for an arm triangle but Graham is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Graham is trying to maintain the position but Litt is very close to passing his half guard. Graham moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Graham is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Litt rolls with it to try and escape but Graham cranks on the arm and Litt is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
