Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between BJ Pencil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stanley Paul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paul has chosen Lick It Up as his entrance music. Stanley Paul is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Pencil has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Pencil there as he acknowledges the shot.

Paul really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pencil. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and Pencil counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Paul is lucky that one didn't land flush.

The crowd cheers as Paul lands an impressive looking overhand right. Pencil doesn't seem phased though.
Pencil closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
You can see the frustration on Paul's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Paul can do anything to dispel that myth.

Well Paul has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
