Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hassan Dalton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chinedu Eze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hassan Dalton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chinedu Eze! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Eze throws a right hand that Dalton ducks under and follows up with a left that Dalton also avoids with ease. Eze fails to land with a series of punches.
Eze thumps Dalton with a low kick. Eze shoots in for a double leg but Dalton sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. A slapping leg kick lands for Eze.
Eze tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Dalton defends well and Eze ends up having to push Dalton into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Dalton leaves Eze with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Hassan Dalton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chinedu Eze. Eze throws a sloppy head kick and Dalton moves out of range easily. Dalton is looking to clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dalton clinches with his opponent.
Eze pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Dalton will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Eze keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dalton closes the distance and pushes Eze back into the cage. Dalton is defending well against a takedown attempt. Eze pulls guard. Eze is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Dalton tries to roll over but Eze keeps him under control. Dalton is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Eze jumps into side control! Dalton tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Eze presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eze prevents Dalton from getting the reversal. Eze swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Dalton is now in Eze's guard. A big mistake from Eze there, giving up the dominant position! Dalton is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Dalton will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Eze pulls Dalton in close to prevent any damage. Eze working a defensive guard here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Eze is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Eze's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Dalton postures up.
Eze seems keen to control Dalton's posture. Eze bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dalton's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Dalton looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Eze passes into side control.
Eze is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Dalton knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Eze tries to advance to mount but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chinedu Eze dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Eze shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dalton sprawls well. Dalton wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Eze gets slowly back to his feet. Eze fails to land the takedown. Dalton tries to score a power double leg takedown but Eze sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dalton somewhat. Dalton fails in his attempt to clinch. Eze changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eze escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. As Dalton backs off Eze throws a huge counter combo but Dalton manages to avoid it all. Dalton stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dalton wants it to stay on the feet. Horrible takedown attempt by Eze or perhaps it was just good defense by Dalton, which made it look bad. Dalton shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Eze defends it nicely. Chinedu Eze seems to be getting the better of the standup. Dalton stuffs the takedown. Dalton shoots in looking for a takedown. Eze tries to sprawl out of it but Dalton keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Eze manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Dalton pushes Eze against the cage but Eze circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Eze closes the distance and clinches up with Dalton, looking for a takedown. Dalton drops down looking for a counter takedown but Eze sprawls and moves away. Eze is breathing heavily. Eze tries for a takedown but Dalton sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Eze circles away from the clinch attempt.
Dalton goes for a double leg but Eze avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Eze continues to drive forward. Eze tries to counter with a clinch but Dalton shakes him off and moves away. Eze has a takedown stuffed. Dalton tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Eze shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dalton's guard. Dalton wriggles free and stands up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dalton ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Dalton with a body punch. A glancing blow. Horrible takedown attempt by Eze or perhaps it was just good defense by Dalton, which made it look bad. Dalton shoots in looking for a takedown. Eze tries to sprawl out of it but Dalton keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Eze manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Eze throws a nice inside leg kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Eze misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Dalton shoots for a double leg takedown but Eze sprawls well. He's pushed Dalton's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Eze wants to counter the offense by Dalton and move into the clinch position. Eze scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Dalton tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Eze throws some wild stikes that Dalton manages to avoid easily.
Eze is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Dalton has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Dalton! Dalton missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hassan Dalton dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Dalton closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Eze did well to prevent Dalton getting side control. Eze has one foot on Dalton's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Dalton really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. No luck with that takedown attempt from Eze. Eze fails to land the takedown. Dalton looks for a takedown but Eze sprawls well. Eze dives in for a single leg takedown but Dalton sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Hassan Dalton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chinedu Eze. Dalton fails with an attempt to clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round. Eze gets a clinch. Eze takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Eze is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Dalton fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Eze escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Eze shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dalton pinned against the cage. Dalton gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Eze looks for a takedown but Dalton sprawls well. Eze misses with a hook. Dalton ducked under it nicely. Dalton gets tackled into the cage by Eze. Eze maintains the clinch. Dalton keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Eze's efforts to push away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eze is trying to drag Dalton to the mat but Dalton just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Eze stops a takedown attempt from Dalton.
Dalton is defending well against a takedown attempt. Dalton has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Eze after a bit of a struggle. Eze lands a right hand that snaps the head of Dalton backwards. Dalton tries to score a body lock takedown but Eze shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Dalton stalling in the clinch.
Eze jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dalton walks away with a smile on his face. Eze gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Eze clinches up against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A battle for position here, against the cage. Eze jumps guard and drags Dalton to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Dalton postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Eze trying to control the position.
Eze wants to stand but Dalton is controlling the position. Eze trying to control the position here. Dalton loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Dalton gets to his feet - Eze follows without any prompting. Dalton digs a good body shot into Eze's ribs. Dalton connects with the punch. Eze avoids the head kick by Dalton.
Chinedu Eze is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Eze shoots in but Dalton avoids the takedown attempt easily. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Eze shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dalton as he avoids it easily.
And that's the end of the fight! Chinedu Eze comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Eze has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
