Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Zanch Boz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Riley comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Fight Music kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Zanch Boz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Josh Riley! The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Viktor Lagutenko and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Riley fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Riley shoots in but Boz avoids the takedown attempt easily. Riley loads up on a big right hand but Boz slips the punch. Riley throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Boz. Boz shoots for a takedown but Riley saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Riley tries for a takedown but Boz circles away easily and Boz counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Zanch Boz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Josh Riley. Boz pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Riley is keeping the position for now. Boz loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Riley has control of Boz's left arm, preventing Boz from doing any damage. Boz wants to stand and escape but instead Riley has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Boz not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Riley is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Riley shoots and misses and Boz counters with a takedown into side control. The ground and pound from Boz seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Riley is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Boz off and has taken his back! Riley is not going to allow Boz to sit and survive in this position. Boz is breathing heavily. Boz tries to roll but Riley sticks to his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Riley biding his time, looking for the opening.

Boz trying to control the hands but Riley won't let him. Riley has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Boz wants to control his opponent's hands but Riley gets his hands free. Boz is in bad spot here.
Riley slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Riley scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Zanch Boz has been cut. Boz gets a takedown into half guard. Riley manages to get to full guard.
Riley is controlling Boz's posture. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Riley keeping moving, preventing Boz from controlling successfully. Boz won't allow Riley to sweep him here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Riley is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Riley is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Riley is thwarting Boz's attempts to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Riley is looking to advance position but Boz won't allow it. Boz looks like he's trying to stand up.

Riley stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Boz to get to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Riley goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Riley shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Riley get's back to his feet. Riley changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Boz looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Boz is trying to buck Riley off. You can see the frustration on Boz's face as Riley controls the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Josh Riley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Zanch Boz's cut. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Riley gets the takedown into side control. Boz trying to remain calm as Riley controls from the top position. Riley decides to stand up, so the ref orders Boz to his feet. Boz fails with the takedown. Riley with a lazy takedown attempt and Boz counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Riley keeping moving, preventing Boz from controlling successfully. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Riley pulls Boz in close to his closed guard and prevents Boz from doing any damage or advancing position. Boz might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Boz stopping the sweep attempt from Riley.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Boz wants to control from the top but Riley keeps moving. Riley pulls Boz in to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Riley's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Riley has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Boz off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Riley looks to land a combination. Boz sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Riley shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Boz as he avoids it easily. Riley rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Boz moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Zanch Boz is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Riley shoots in but no luck this time. Zanch Boz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Josh Riley. Riley looks to land a combination but Boz avoids it well. Riley will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Riley throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Boz's waist but Boz gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Riley off to one side. Riley scores a takedown into full mount! Boz wants to control but Riley is having none of it.
And that's the end of the fight! Josh Riley comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Riley has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
