Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Oscar Carvalho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladimir Tarlac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oscar Carvalho! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vladimir Tarlac! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carvalho connects with a high kick. Carvalho throws a series of punches but Tarlac avoids them all with ease. Jab by Tarlac. Tarlac blocks a low kick nicely. Tarlac looks like he wants to counter punch here. Tarlac showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Carvalho.
It seemed like Tarlac was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Tarlac gets in close and instigates a clinch. Carvalho is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Tarlac scores with a hook to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carvalho has Tarlac pressed against the cage, preventing Tarlac from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Tarlac lands a shot to the body. Tarlac missing with knees to the body.
Carvalho blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carvalho is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Carvalho looking to slow down the pace here. Tarlac tries to circle away but Carvalho has him pinned against the cage. Tarlac blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Carvalho has had enough of the clinch but Tarlac keeps him there for the moment. Tarlac dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Tarlac breaks from the clinch.
Nice defenses there by Tarlac. Tarlac lands a really nice looking cross but Carvalho seems unphased.
Carvalho feints a jab promting Tarlac to slip. Carvalho then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Tarlac slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Good leg kick by Carvalho there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Carvalho tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Carvalho tries a head kick but it misses.
Tarlac lands with a straight right. Carvalho didn't see that one coming. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Tarlac, as that shot connected.
Tarlac gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Carvalho tries a body shot but Tarlac blocks it.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. A head punch blocked on the inside by Tarlac. Tarlac looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Carvalho taking a breather.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tarlac pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Tarlac wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Tarlac lands a body punch in the clinch. Carvalho tries to break the clinch but Tarlac is controlling the position. Carvalho blocks a knee to the body. Carvalho trying to control the position but instead, Tarlac has worked for underhooks and has pushed Carvalho into the cage. Tarlac effectively controlling the action here. Carvalho throws a head punch that misses. Tarlac content to slow the pace in the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. A battle for position here, against the cage. Carvalho is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Carvalho wants to stall.
Tarlac wants to break the clinch but can't.
Carvalho is trying to maintain a safe position but Tarlac gets an underhook and turns Carvalho into the cage. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Oscar Carvalho. Tarlac fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Carvalho, pushing him back against the cage. Carvalho misses with a punch on the inside.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Carvalho swings wildly with an uppercut but Tarlac uses good head movement to avoid it. Tarlac is trying to push Carvalho away but Carvalho has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Carvalho fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Vladimir Tarlac will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
A shot to the liver by Tarlac. Beautiful body shot. Carvalho drops his hands momentarily and Tarlac takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Carvalho moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Carvalho fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tarlac has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Carvalho doesn't manage to clinch there - Tarlac circles away.
Tarlac wants to counter the offense by Carvalho and move into the clinch position. Tarlac scores with a sloppy right hand. Carvalho should have avoided that one. Oscar Carvalho is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Carvalho throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Carvalho throws a chopping leg kick but Tarlac manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Carvalho takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Oscar Carvalho is winning the standup battle so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tarlac listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Carvalho looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Carvalho tries to move into range but Tarlac moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Carvalho throws a nice outside leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tarlac moves into the clinch. A head punch blocked on the inside by Tarlac. A head punch on the inside from Carvalho fails to land. Tarlac manages to break the clinch.
Tarlac circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tarlac getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Carvalho wants to clinch up but Tarlac keeps it at a distance. Tarlac bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. The fight stays on the outside here - Carvalho looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Tarlac scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Carvalho is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Tarlac looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Carvalho throws a sloppy head kick and Tarlac moves out of range easily. A nice leg kick lands there from Carvalho. Carvalho waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Tarlac. Carvalho takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Tarlac works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Carvalho is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A low kick from Carvalho misses and Tarlac cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Tarlac avoids the head kick by Carvalho.
Carvalho looks to land a combination but Tarlac avoids it well. Carvalho throws a head kick that misses and Tarlac connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tarlac stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Carvalho moves in looking to clinch but Tarlac pushes him off. Carvalho wants to clinch up but Tarlac keeps it at a distance. Tarlac throws out a counter right but Carvalho avoids it with no problem. Carvalho throws a leg kick letting Tarlac counter with a right hand.
Carvalho is rocked! Carvalho gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Tarlac. Oh Carvalho is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Tarlac closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Carvalho! Tarlac dives in looking to finish! Carvalho is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:29 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vladimir Tarlac!
