Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Blair Darrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brendan Duff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of London, Blair Darrow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brendan Duff!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Sosuke Kotani and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darrow swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Duff misses the shot to the body.
Darrow moves out of range of the body kick from Duff.
And Darrow counters with a quick kick to the body but Duff blocks it.
Duff throws a jab but it's blocked by Darrow.
Duff dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Nice sprawl there from Duff as Darrow shoots in.
Duff on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
A slow jab from Duff misses its intended target.
Darrow defending well as Duff loads up on a big left hand.
Darrow fires out a quick counter leg kick but Duff just manages to avoid it.
Darrow paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
A slapping leg kick lands for Darrow.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Duff bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Darrow's head backwards.
Darrow connects with a solid leg kick.
Duff with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Darrow to score with a decent uppercut.
We've been informed that Duff has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Crunch! Duff slams his shin into Darrow's torso.

Nice uppercut lands for Duff. That snapped Darrow's head back.
Duff ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Duff cracks Darrow with a good jab.
Darrow slips a jab and a cross from Duff.
Darrow throws a quick counter head kick but Duff was just out of range.
Duff connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Darrow fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Duff checks it well.
Darrow misses with a low kick.
Duff's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Darrow connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Duff scrambles back to his feet.
Duff is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Darrow had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Darrow takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Brendan Duff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Duff scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Darrow doesn't seem bothered though.

Duff avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Duff tries to bum rush Darrow with a series of wild strikes but Darrow uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Darrow.
Brendan Duff is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Duff throws a poor cross that misses
and Darrow counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Duff lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Duff moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

and Darrow counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Duff connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Darrow pushes Duff up against the ropes in a clinch.
Darrow misses with a body punch.
Darrow fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Duff is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Darrow gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Darrow lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Duff throws a punch but it's blocked by Darrow.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Nice straight punches there by Duff. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Duff.
Darrow takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Duff buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Duff tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Darrow was well out of range. Poor timing from Duff.
Duff scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Darrow fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
A solid body kick from Duff.
Darrow dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Duff. That did some damage!
Darrow throws a leg kick that is checked
and Duff makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

and Darrow counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Duff sizes up Darrow with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Darrow shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Duff throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Darrow on the side of the head.
Darrow throws the kick towards the body but Duff avoids it.
Darrow throws a leg kick but Duff moved away.
A little jabbing left from Duff on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Brendan Duff seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Duff lands a right hook to the body.
Duff lands a nice hook to Darrow's body. Darrow takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

and Duff counters with a nice uppercut.
Duff works the jab nicely.

Darrow is rocked!
Duff grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Darrow takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Duff cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
