Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ariel Hodge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Will (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tony Will is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ariel Hodge!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tony Will!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Jeff Smith and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Will lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
It looks like Ariel Hodge has been cut.
Will dips to his left and cracks Hodge with an uppercut!
Will looks to land a left hand but Hodge moved out of range nicely.
A solid body kick from Hodge.
Hodge takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Will feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Hodge's calf.
Will throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Will takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
A head kick by Will misses
and Hodge counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Hodge has Will pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Hodge pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Will tumbling to the mat - Hodge dives into Will's guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Will wants to get back to his feet but Hodge is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Hodge wanted to stand there but Will had control of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Will pulls Hodge in to control the position.
Hodge wants to stand but Will is controlling his posture from full guard.
Will wants to stand and escape but Hodge is having none of it.
Hodge controls from within his opponent's guard.
Hodge is looking to stand up but Will won't let him.
Hodge throwing strikes but missing.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Will throws a head kick that half lands.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Will throws a sloppy head kick and Hodge moves out of range easily.
Hodge lands a nice leg kick that just misses Will's sensitive parts.
Hodge looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Hodge looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Will!
Hodge working the strikes but Will uses the opportunity to regain half guard.
Hodge is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Hodge is working for a submission of some sort.

Hodge content to control rather than advance.
Will is defending against the submission attempts here by Hodge.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Hodge is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Will doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hodge.
Will trying to control here.
We've been informed that Will has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Hodge is keen to just control but Will is a slippery customer.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Ariel Hodge will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Ariel Hodge's cut.
That's time! Hodge's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Will lands a big head kick that sends Hodge tumbling to the mat! Will takes a step backwards and waves Hodge back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Hodge is still looking wobbly from the end of the last round!
Are you kidding me?! Will ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Hodge clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
