Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frederic Bean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Magnetti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Magnetti closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Bean quickly recovers to half guard. Magnetti is thwarting Bean's attempts to control the position. Magnetti is trying to control the action in half guard but Bean is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Magnetti performing his best blanket impression for a moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Magnetti drops an elbow to the side of Bean's head.
It looks like Frederic Bean has been cut. Magnetti not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Magnetti content to control rather than advance. Bean tries to roll over but Magnetti keeps him under control. Magnetti sitting and controlling from the half guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. An inside leg kick from Magnetti misses. Bean misses with a combination
and Magnetti decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Bean's guard. Bean keeping moving, preventing Magnetti from controlling successfully. Magnetti landing some decent shots from guard. Magnetti slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Bean knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Magnetti on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Magnetti looking to pass the guard. Magnetti postures up.
Magnetti pushes down on Bean's leg and manages to get into half guard. Magnetti uses his free foot to push down on Bean's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Bean. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Magnetti trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Magnetti thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Magnetti goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Bean is on top in guard.
Magnetti trying to keep a closed guard but Bean is proving a slippery customer.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Magnetti manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bean manages to get himself to full guard.
Magnetti slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Antonio Magnetti dominated that round. The cut man is working on Frederic Bean's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Nice uppercut lands for Magnetti. That snapped Bean's head back.
Magnetti changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bean tries to avoid it but Magnetti manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bean to the ground. Bean escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Magnetti tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Magnetti shoots in and drives through. Bean sprawls well. Magnetti fails with a takedown attempt. Frederic Bean has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Magnetti. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bean lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Magnetti circles away quickly and effectively. Magnetti is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Magnetti fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bean avoids it really well and circles away. Antonio Magnetti seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bean tries to clinch but Magnetti is having none of it. Magnetti throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bean's waist but Bean gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Magnetti off to one side. Bean seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Magnetti is breathing heavily. Bean avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bean really is a fat lump. Magnetti fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Bean throws a head kick but Magnetti moves out of range.
Magnetti will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Magnetti will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
It looked like Bean wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Magnetti dives in and grabs Bean's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bean pushes down on Magnetti's head and hops out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bean lands a high kick!
Magnetti takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
An inside leg kick from Bean misses. Magnetti is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Bean shoots in for a double leg but Magnetti sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Magnetti darts in looking for a takedown but Bean gets double underhooks and turns Magnetti into the cage. Bean tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Magnetti manages to circle out of the way. Bean scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bean tries for a kimura but Magnetti is defending well. Magnetti tries to improve position but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bean lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Magnetti struggling a bit here. Bean tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Magnetti tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bean wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Bean thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Bean wants to stand but Magnetti has his arm trapped. Bean wants to lay and pray for a moment but Magnetti keeps working. Magnetti tries to bench press Bean off him but Bean keeps the position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bean decides to stand back up. Bean steps back and let's Magnetti get back to his feet. Bean dives in for a single leg takedown but Magnetti sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Magnetti misses with a series of wild punches.
Bean tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Magnetti manages to circle out of the way. The fight moves into the clinch position. Bean looking for a takedown. Bean is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Magnetti gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Bean is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Magnetti pulls him back up using the underhooks. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frederic Bean. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bean wants a takedown.
Magnetti is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Bean can't fight it off and eventually Magnetti manages to take the fight to the floor. Bean looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Magnetti passes Bean's left leg - he's now in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Magnetti is working for a kimura but Bean is defending it quite comfortably.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Magnetti throwing shots but Bean is blocking nicely. Magnetti moves into full mount! Bean won't be happy about that! Bean might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Magnetti in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Magnetti with good strikes from the mount here! Magnetti looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

Frederic Bean's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Magnetti has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Magnetti postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Bean in real trouble here! The ref calls for Bean to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
