Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Klas Micropop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Nicolosi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nicolosi is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: A Fistful Of Dollars by Ennio Morricone. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nicolosi throws the kick towards the body but Micropop avoids it.
Micropop doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Nicolosi lands a nice looking body shot.
Micropop pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Oooooh!!! Nicolosi has knocked Micropop down with a huge combo! Nicolosi steps away and waves a wobbly Micropop back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Klas Micropop's cut is getting worse.
Micropop takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Nicolosi dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Micropop. That did some damage!

The fight stays on the outside here - Micropop looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Klas Micropop's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Nicolosi has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Micropop tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Nicolosi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Micropop is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Nicolosi.

Nicolosi cracks Micropop with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Nicolosi has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Micropop to stand back up!

Jeez, Klas Micropop's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Klas Micropop's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Frank Nicolosi!
Frank Nicolosi really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Sun-Tzu logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
