Shagowitcz comes to the cage accompanied by I got erection - Turbo negro. Desmond Shagowitcz could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Sean John's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shagowitcz shoots in for a double leg but John sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

John has closed the distance and engaged Shagowitcz in a clinch.

John escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

John has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
John presses Shagowitcz against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
