The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Overeem throws a series of punches but Huffman moves out of range.
Overeem drops his shoulder and cracks Huffman with a huge uppercut! Huffman goes down! Can Overeem finish him?
Huffman is rocked!
It looks like Broderick Huffman has been cut.
Overeem gets to his feet and stands over Huffman, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Huffman felt that one! Overeem unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Huffman from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alistair Overeem!
