Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hayder Abdul Rahman!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abdul Rahman stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Abdul Rahman wants it to stay on the feet.
Jamba connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Abdul Rahman darts in and clinches Jamba up against the cage.
Jamba is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Abdul Rahman has clasped his hands together around Jamba's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Abdul Rahman stands up.
Jamba tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Abdul Rahman manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Jamba darts in trying to clinch
and Abdul Rahman counters with a takedown into side control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Abdul Rahman is working to tighten his grip on Jamba's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Jamba has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Abdul Rahman is really squeezing tight and eventually Jamba passes out! Abdul Rahman breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Hayder Abdul Rahman!
