Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kenuichio Harada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonathan Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith slips under a jab.
Smith looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Smith is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Harada looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Harada wants to control but Smith is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Smith is looking for a kimura but Harada is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Smith to get the leverage.
Harada is looking to control Smith's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Harada avoid being mounted?
Harada won't allow Smith to pass to mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Smith is keen to just control but Harada is a slippery customer.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Harada fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Smith wants to clinch.

Harada drives through with a takedown into guard.
Harada seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Smith looking to hit a scissor sweep but Harada is one step ahead there.

Harada thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Harada drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Harada jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Smith tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Harada attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Smith wants to clinch.

and Harada counters with a nice double leg into side control. Smith won't be happy with that.
Harada looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Smith can't do much from the bottom here.
Harada has hold of Smith's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Smith tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Harada cranks the arm and Smith screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Smith, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
