7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Matthew Campion! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, John Kavanagh and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Campion throws a jab when Hollywood was well out of range. Campion throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Hollywood throws a body shot but no joy. Campion lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Fabian Hollywood has been cut. Campion swings for the body but Hollywood moves out of range.
Hollywood was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Campion misses with a double jab.
As Campion backs away, Hollywood returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Campion is looking to take this fight into the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Campion tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Campion throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hollywood stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Campion has managed to clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round. Hollywood digs a right hand into Campion's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Campion's gas tank. Campion misses with a knee to the head. Hollywood lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Campion or not. Campion looks winded! Hollywood tries to land a knee to the head but Campion blocks with his arms.
Campion prevents a takedown attempt there.
Hollywood digs a right hand underneath Campion's ribcage. Campion let out a lung full of air as it connected. A battle for position here, against the cage. A nice left hand lands by Hollywood.
Hollywood jumps guard but Campion stands there with Hollywood around his waist. Hollywood gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Hollywood lands an uppercut. Campion tries a body shot but Hollywood blocks it.

Hollywood tries to pull guard but Campion forces him back to his feet, against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fabian Hollywood. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hollywood fails to pull guard.

Campion lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Hollywood takes an elbow to the temple. Hollywood tries to land knees in the clinch but Campion avoids the damage to the body. Campion trying to control the position but instead, Hollywood has worked for underhooks and has pushed Campion into the cage. Hollywood with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Campion cracks Hollywood with a nice body shot. Campion using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Hollywood has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Hollywood jumps guard and drags Campion to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Campion decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Hollywood, up you get! Campion feints and then cracks Hollywood's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hollywood down. Campion throws a head kick that half lands.
Campion rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hollywood moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Hollywood half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Hollywood lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Campion at a distance.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Campion!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Campion scores with a head kick. Hollywood tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Campion closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Hollywood avoids a wild elbow strike from Campion. Campion with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Hollywood tries to pull guard but Campion holds him up against the cage and eventually Hollywood drops back down to his feet.
Hollywood ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Hollywood no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Campion wants to stand but Hollywood has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Campion avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Hollywood wants to sweep here but Campion controlling him for the moment. Campion is looking to stand up but Hollywood won't let him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hollywood is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Campion frees his head nicely. Oh but Hollywood has switched to an armbar! Campion is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

A relieved looking Fabian Hollywood thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it. In defeat, Matthew Campion stepped up to the mic, saying 'Congratulations to my opponent. He was the better man today. Now I go back to training to make sure that I'm the better man tomorrow.
