Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Monkey Business (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Boothe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

45 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Thomas Boothe! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Business closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Boothe struggling a bit here. Business tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Business has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Boothe wants to control but Business postures up. Business tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Business moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Boothe is positioning himself to get back to half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Business content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

Business will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Business tries for a kimura but Boothe is defending well. Business closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Business is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Boothe still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Boothe has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Wait, no, Boothe rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Business's guard! Nice work there by Boothe! Business trying to keep a closed guard but Boothe is proving a slippery customer.

Boothe manages to capitalize on a mistake by Business to take his back! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Boothe is trying to stick to Business's back but Business is turning into Boothe. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Boothe's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Business. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Business passes easily into side control. Nice work.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Monkey Business. Well Business has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
