Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Onoso Jensen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rala Mord! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Bart Greer and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mord shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Jensen throws a big counter combination but Mord scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Jensen fails with the takedown and Mord counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Mord. Jensen letting Mord take a breather here. Jensen has Mord pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Mord manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Mord wants to break the clinch but can't.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mord wants to get back to striking at distance but Jensen won't allow it.

Rala Mord seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mord closes the distance and lands a one-two. Mord shoots in for a takedown but Jensen shows good takedown defense. Jensen shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mord sprawls well. Mord wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jensen gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Onoso Jensen. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jensen is breathing heavily. Mord moves into the clinch. Mord is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Jensen is defending well for now.

Jensen is trying to pull guard but Mord turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Jensen is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Mord jumps guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mord pulls Jensen in close to prevent any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mord is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Mord throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Mord working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jensen doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jensen manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Mord trying to strike off his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Mord trying to control the position here. Jensen is looking to advance position but Mord has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Mord content just to control the position here. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mord's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rala Mord dominated that round. That's time! Jensen's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Mord shoots in but no luck this time. As Mord tries to get set, Jensen tries to push him back and clinch up but Mord manages to avoid the attempt. Jensen misses with a body shot.
Jensen misses with a takedown attempt - Mord sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Mord drops Jensen with a beautiful combination! Jensen stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mord is looking for the KO!
Jensen is rocked! The fight moves into the clinch position. Mord jumps guard and drags Jensen to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Mord is controlling Jensen's posture. Jensen has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Mord looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jensen is one step ahead there. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mord looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Jensen is looking to advance position but Mord has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Mord throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Jensen tries to hold on but Mord pushes him away. Mord controlling his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Let's hope that Mord has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Mord has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Mord punching from mount but Jensen doing a good job of avoiding damage. Jensen taking shots to the head. Mord controlling from the full mount. Rala Mord has got the better of the ground game so far. Mord thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mord is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Mord has closed the distance and engaged Jensen in a clinch.
Mord is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Jensen pulls him back up using the underhooks. Jensen has Mord pressed against the cage, preventing Mord from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Mord tries for a takedown. No joy.
Onoso Jensen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rala Mord. Mord has Jensen pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Jensen manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Mord is trying to drag Jensen to the mat but Jensen just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Mord tries to break the clinch but Jensen is controlling the position.

Mord lands with a short head shot on the inside. Jensen has Mord pressed against the cage, preventing Mord from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Mord has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Mord tries to break free but Jensen pushes him back against the cage. Jensen keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Mord's efforts to push away. Mord gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Jensen has one foot on Mord's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mord dives in for a single leg takedown but Jensen sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rala Mord showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Jensen tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Mord fails with the takedown. Jensen fires out a quick counter leg kick but Mord just manages to avoid it. Mord rushes Jensen and presses him up against the cage. Mord can't break the clinch.
Jensen jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mord walks away with a smile on his face. Jensen gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Mord has closed the distance and engaged Jensen in a clinch.

Mord has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Jensen is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mord tries for a takedown but Jensen manages to get underhooks.
Jensen is trying to maintain a safe position but Mord gets an underhook and turns Jensen into the cage. Mord holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Jensen tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Mord smiles and moves away.
Mord moves into range and clinches up with Jensen. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mord jumps guard and drags Jensen to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Onoso Jensen has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Rala Mord is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Mord pulls Jensen in close to prevent any damage.
And that's the end of the fight! Rala Mord comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Mord has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
