Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Keys fails in his attempt to clinch.
oster swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Keys misses with a double jab
and oster counters by moving into the clinch.
oster tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Keys just stands there and leans against the cage.
Keys lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Keys goes for a takedown attempt but oster pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
oster misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Keys looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
oster stuffs the takedown.
Keys with a poor takedown
and oster counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
ahmed oster has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Keys.
oster fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Keys tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. oster smiles and moves away.
oster shoots in looking for a takedown. Keys tries to sprawl out of it but oster keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Keys manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

oster avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Keys scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Keys doesn't succeed with the takedown
and oster counters with a shoot takedown. Keys fights it but they end up in guard.
oster sitting in guard, not really doing much.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Keys is controlling oster's posture.

oster trying to control but Keys is working from the bottom.
oster wanted to stand there but Keys had control of the position.
oster is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Keys clinches.
oster blocks the elbow strike.
oster avoids a wild elbow strike from Keys.
oster stops a takedown attempt from Keys.
Keys looks gassed!
Keys using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Keys manages to break the clinch.
oster circles away from the clinch attempt
and oster decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Keys's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that ahmed oster will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
oster looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Keys tries to clinch but oster moves away
and oster counters with a nice double leg into guard.
oster stopping the sweep attempt from Keys.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Keys keeping moving, preventing oster from controlling successfully.

oster is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Keys is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
oster not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

oster has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

and Keys counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
It looks like ahmed oster has been cut.

That's time! oster's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
oster shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Keys's guard.

oster is standing up over Keys. Keys looks to escape but oster dives into side control.

oster advances nicely into full mount.
oster controlling his opponent.

Keys's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
oster tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
ahmed oster overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Alex Keys has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
oster tries to clinch but Keys is having none of it.
Keys fails to land with a series of punches.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
oster shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Keys but Keys pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for oster, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
