Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Tyre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Troy Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Tyre! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Troy Tyson! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tyson tries to clinch up. Tyre throws a series of strikes that have Tyson backpedaling.
It looks like Troy Tyson has been cut. Tyre closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tyson circles away. Tyson tries to bum rush Tyre with a series of wild strikes but Tyre uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Tyre slips a jab and a cross from Tyson.
Steve Tyre seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tyre keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Tyson. Tyre blocks a head kick by Tyson.
Tyson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Tyre changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tyson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Tyre wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tyson keeps working. Tyre working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Tyre in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Tyre could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tyson explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Tyre throws a nice looking combination but Tyson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Tyson misses with a wild combination.

It looks like Steve Tyre has been cut. Tyre shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Tyre was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Tyre looking to ground and pound but Tyson is blocking nicely. Tyson is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Tyre knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tyson on the ground. Tyre cracks Tyson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Tyre controlling the pace for now. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Tyre landing punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tyson is trying to stand up. Tyre pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
Tyson is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Tyson looks gassed! Tyre moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Tyson has worked his arm free - good work by Tyson!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Tyre shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tyson but Tyson pushes him off and we're back to square one. Tyson attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Tyson misses with a double jab
and Tyre counters with a left and a right that stings Tyson. Tyson stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Steve Tyre. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tyson misses with a few strikes there.
Tyson wants to clinch up but Tyre keeps it at a distance. Tyson is looking to clinch but Tyre is avoiding it.

and Tyson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Tyre scores with a head kick.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Tyson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Tyson taking a breather. Tyre gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Tyson regains guard.
Tyre trying to control the position from guard on top but Tyson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tyre won't allow Tyson to get back to his feet. Tyre tries to free his leg and advance position but Tyson is retaining full guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tyre trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Tyson manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Steve Tyre dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Tyson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Tyre listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Tyre tries to clinch up and Tyson counters with a two punch combo. Tyson tries to keep at a distance but Tyre has taken the fight into the clinch. Tyre breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Tyson throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Tyre counters with a series of strikes. Tyson will be more careful next time no doubt. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Tyson connects with a single shot there. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A punch lands to the side of Tyre 's head but he takes it in his stride. Nice takedown defense from Tyson. No joy for Tyre on that attempt. Tyre shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tyson is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Tyre dives into side control.
Tyre with the ground and pound but Tyson regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Tyson wants to stand back up but Tyre manages to pass into side control.
Tyre trying to control the action but Tyson is working from the bottom. Tyre connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Tyson some visible discomfort.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Tyre is looking to take a break and control but Tyson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Tyson wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Tyre stands up. Tyson dodges the punch combination from Tyre.

Tyson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Troy Tyson seems to be getting the better of the standup. Tyre changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tyson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Tyson avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Tyre. Tyre wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tyson keeps working. Tyre throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Tyson works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Tyre trying to pass the guard but Tyson defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tyre is stalling here. Tyson is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Tyre seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Tyson has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Tyson stands up and we're back to a striking position. Tyson tries to bum rush Tyre with a series of wild strikes but Tyre uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Tyson throws a lazy head kick and Tyre counters with a left and a right that stings Tyson. Tyre scores with a three punch combo!

and Tyson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Tyre throws a one two combo.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Check out the look on Tyre's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Tyre looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Tyson is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Tyre wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Tyson, who protects the arm well. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Tyson is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Tyre has just dragged him back down to the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tyre throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Tyson wants to get back to his feet but Tyre drags him back down.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Tyre fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Tyson. Tyre scores with a spinning back kick! Tyre thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Tyson if he has to take too many more of those.

Tyre lands a hook that snaps the head of Tyson backwards. Tyre lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Tyson tries to break the clinch but Tyre is controlling the position. Tyre breaks the clinch.
Tyre pushes Tyson away with a front kick. Tyson tries to clinch up but Tyre circles away and keeps his distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tyre scores a takedown into full mount! The referee warns Tyson that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Tyre is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Tyre looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tyson is fending him off so far but Tyre persists. Nope, Tyson circles away and we're back to standing. Tyson misses with a body kick. A combination from Tyre does no damage. A slow jab from Tyre misses its intended target. Tyson tries to clinch up so Tyre counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. This has been an exciting period of action! Tyre pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tyson is keeping the position for now. Tyson pushes Tyre off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Tyson drops his hands momentarily and Tyre takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Tyre closes the distance and clinches up with Tyson, looking for a takedown. Tyre pushes Tyson against the cage but Tyson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Tyson is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Tyson moves out of range as Tyre throws a body kick.

Tyre swats away the attempt to clinch by Tyson. Tyre circles away from the clinch attempt and Tyre counters with a low kick, right behind Tyson 's knee. Tyson walks into a jab. Tyre connects with the punch. Tyre fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Troy Tyson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Tyson lands an overhand right. Tyson doesn't manage to clinch there - Tyre circles away.

And that's the end of the fight! Steve Tyre showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tyre, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
