Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Rodriguez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cosma Svendsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Svendsen has chosen Rocky as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Svendsen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rodriguez is fending him off so far but Svendsen persists. Nope, Rodriguez circles away and we're back to standing.
Svendsen shoots for a double leg takedown but Rodriguez sprawls well. He's pushed Svendsen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Rodriguez does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Rodriguez cracks Svendsen with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Svendsen tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Rodriguez pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Svendsen is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Jackson Rodriguez decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
