Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gerardo Steele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Crowd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jack Crowd was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crowd closes the distance and clinches up with Steele, looking for a takedown. Crowd pushes Steele against the cage but Steele circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Steele is looking to counter the offense by Crowd and move into the clinch.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Steele lands a nice short elbow.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Steele connects with a nice short shot to Crowd's temple.

Crowd shoots in looking for a takedown. Steele tries to sprawl out of it but Crowd keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Steele manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Crowd goes for a double leg but Steele avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Steele continues to drive forward.
