Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Earl Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cory Tan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tan has chosen Tapau as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Earl Allen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Cory Tan! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Emerson Jorge and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Allen was well out of range. Poor timing from Tan. Cory Tan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Allen doesn't succeed with the takedown and Tan counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Earl Allen has been cut. Tan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Allen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tan pinned against the cage. Tan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Allen doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Allen walks into a jab. Tan missing with a left hand there. Allen was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Nice jab there from Tan. Allen takes a body punch but keeps moving. Tan has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Allen shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tan but Tan pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Earl Allen. That's going to take a lot out of him. Allen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tan pinned against the cage. Tan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Allen shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Tan counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Tan shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Allen tries to counter with a takedown but Tan is quick to defend against it. Tan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Allen drops down looking for a counter takedown but Tan sprawls and moves away. Allen with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Tan to score with a decent uppercut.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Allen misses with a takedown attempt and Tan counters with a lovely shot to the body. Tan moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. No luck for Allen with that takedown attempt. Tan looks like he wants to counter punch here. Allen closes the distance looking to clinch and Tan counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Allen closes the distance and clinches up with Tan, looking for a takedown. Allen pushes Tan against the cage but Tan circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Allen gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Tan gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Allen is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cory Tan! Cory Tan seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
