Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Xoa Lim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie has chosen Sepultura - Attitude as his entrance music. Ken Gracie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Xoa Lim!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ken Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Mauricio Rocha and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie with a poor takedown
and Gracie takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Lim looks to score with a jab to the body but Gracie is just out of range.
Lim lands a lovely overhand right.
Gracie looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Gracie tries to move into range but Lim moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Gracie drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Lim swinging wildly here.
Lim seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Lim stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lim wants it to stay on the feet.
Lim connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Gracie momentarily.
Gracie shoots in looking for a takedown. Lim tries to sprawl out of it but Gracie keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lim manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Xoa Lim has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ken Gracie.
Nice sprawl there from Lim as Gracie shoots in.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gracie.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt
letting Lim counter with a right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gracie slips a jab from Lim.
Gracie tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Gracie tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Lim defends well and Gracie ends up having to push Lim into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Lim scores with a sloppy right hand. Gracie should have avoided that one.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lim displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gracie.
Gracie gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Lim counters with a nice uppercut.

Gracie is rocked!
Gracie drops his hands momentarily. Lim doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Gracie staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Gracie doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Xoa Lim!
