Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joey The Dumbass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fiodor Stavrov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Dumbass comes to the cage accompanied by Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Joey The Dumbass! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Fiodor Stavrov! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Chris Edwards and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stavrov wants to clinch. Stavrov throws a hook but The Dumbass blocks it. Stavrov throws a series of punches but The Dumbass avoids them all with ease. The Dumbass shoots in and bounces Stavrov off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Stavrov wants to stand but The Dumbass is controlling the position. The Dumbass tries to free his leg and advance position but Stavrov is retaining full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The Dumbass working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Dumbass throws a strike but Stavrov rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. The Dumbass is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Stavrov throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
The Dumbass moves away from the strike by Stavrov. Stavrov just misses with a punch to the body.
Stavrov gets in close and instigates a clinch. The Dumbass tries to land a knee to the head but Stavrov blocks with his arms.

The Dumbass tries to pull guard but Stavrov won't allow it.

The Dumbass tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Stavrov smiles and moves away.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Stavrov throws a series of punches but The Dumbass avoids them all with ease. Good work by The Dumbass as he checks the leg kick. The Dumbass dodges the punch combination from Stavrov.
The Dumbass shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. The Dumbass prevents Stavrov from getting the reversal. The Dumbass is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Stavrov is in real trouble.
The Dumbass somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back. The Dumbass is persistently looking for the submission but Stavrov is defending it well.
The Dumbass has the hooks in. Stavrov is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The Dumbass is striking from the back but Stavrov escapes and manages to recover to half guard. Stavrov won't allow The Dumbass to pass to mount. Stavrov wants to get back to full guard. The Dumbass looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The Dumbass has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. The Dumbass is trying to work for a kimura but Stavrov is defending well.
Stavrov wants to get back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Stavrov wants to get back to his feet.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. The Dumbass slips a jab and a cross from Stavrov.
The Dumbass takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Stavrov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Stavrov lands a lovely overhand right. The Dumbass throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Stavrov sees it coming and avoids it easily. The Dumbass slips under a jab. Stavrov lands with an uppercut that bounces The Dumbass off the cage and back into rage. The Dumbass looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. The Dumbass feints and as Stavrov raises his hands in defense, The Dumbass changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. The Dumbass passes Stavrov's right leg, so he's now in half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Joey The Dumbass will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
The Dumbass will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. The Dumbass closes the distance looking to clinch and Stavrov counters with a straight right hand. A left and a right from Stavrov both land. Nice combination. Stavrov clinches. The Dumbass with an attempt at a knee that misses.

The Dumbass keeps control of Stavrov as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. With the fighters up against the cage, The Dumbass throws an elbow but misses. The Dumbass tries for a takedown but Stavrov manages to get underhooks.

Stavrov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Stavrov tries to clinch but The Dumbass moves out of range. The Dumbass on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Fiodor Stavrov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stavrov throws a combination that misses and The Dumbass counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Stavrov! Stavrov is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, The Dumbass has taken his back.
The Dumbass is landing with strikes from the back. Stavrov is in a bad position with The Dumbass working for a choke. Stavrov manages to spin nicely into guard and the danger is over for the moment. Stavrov must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Stavrov has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of The Dumbass is proving hard to escape from. The Dumbass has his foot on Stavrov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Stavrov works his way back into a safe position though. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The Dumbass is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stavrov won't allow The Dumbass to sweep him here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. The Dumbass drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Stavrov dives on top into guard. The Dumbass throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Joey The Dumbass overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The Dumbass tries to land a sweep but no joy. Stavrov trying to control but The Dumbass is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stavrov wants to get up but he can't break The Dumbass's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The Dumbass has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Stavrov can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Connects with an elbow from the bottom, proving to the judges that he's still active off his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Fiodor Stavrov will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! The Dumbass's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

and The Dumbass decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Stavrov's guard. Stavrov throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
The Dumbass throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Stavrov works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The Dumbass forces his way into half guard.

The Dumbass is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Stavrov sees it coming and defends easily. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The Dumbass throwing shots but Stavrov is blocking nicely. Stavrov is looking to control The Dumbass's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Stavrov avoid being mounted? The Dumbass working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. The Dumbass seems to be working for a kimura but Stavrov defends the submission attempt. The Dumbass wants to free his trapped foot but Stavrov is holding on for dear life with his legs.

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. The Dumbass is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Stavrov has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Stavrov! Stavrov is looking to stand up but The Dumbass won't let him. The Dumbass has an active guard here but Stavrov has managed to pass into half guard.
The Dumbass wants to improve his position but Stavrov is controlling well.
The Dumbass is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Stavrov pulls his head out easily. The Dumbass trying to get back to full guard but Stavrov takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!
And that's the end of the fight! Joey The Dumbass showed his dominance in that final round. I think The Dumbass has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
