The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James lands with a hook. Banget tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Banget takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Banget drops his hands momentarily and James takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
James's jab looks to have found its range, popping Banget under the eye.
James scores with a decent looking hook.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Banget's hands are dropping dangerously low here and James connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Banget scrambles back to his feet.

James bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Banget's head.

James scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
The crowd cheers as James lands an impressive looking overhand right. Banget doesn't seem phased though.
Banget drops his hands momentarily and James takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
James clobbers Banget with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
James scores with a crisp jab that stopped Banget in his tracks.

James uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Banget takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
James is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Banget moves forwards but James connects with a nice, crisp jab.
