Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rian MacFarlane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Long (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacFarlane comes to the cage accompanied by The Foggy Dew. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Long rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and MacFarlane connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
MacFarlane fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Long on the side of the head.
Long tries a head kick but it misses.
MacFarlane has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Kentucky Fried Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Long throws a head kick that misses.
MacFarlane lands a jab to the head.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Long prevents a body shot from MacFarlane.
MacFarlane tries to throw a body punch but Long avoids it by throwing MacFarlane back against the cage.
MacFarlane lands with a short punch from the clinch.
MacFarlane misses with a punch to the body.
MacFarlane has a couple of punches blocked by Long.
A frustrated look appears on Long's face as he tries to break the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for MacFarlane.
MacFarlane misses with the head strike.
A head punch on the inside from MacFarlane fails to land.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Long.
Long blocks an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Long is trying to force a seperation but MacFarlane has the dominant position.
Long escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A looping hook to the body misses from MacFarlane. Long does a little dance to reset his feet.
A bone on bone clash there as Long blocks the leg kick.
Long misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
MacFarlane lands with a thumping leg kick.
MacFarlane slips a straight right by Long.
Long misses with a low kick.
MacFarlane throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A head kick misses from Long.
An attempted straight right counter from MacFarlane misses the target.
Long misses with a left hand
and MacFarlane counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Long misses with an uppercut.
MacFarlane throwing a counter right hand but Long manages to avoid it.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by MacFarlane.
MacFarlane avoids the body shot from Long.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
MacFarlane cracks Long with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Long looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can MacFarlane finish him?
Long is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
MacFarlane thuds his shin into the meat of Long's side.
Long looks winded!
MacFarlane lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Long head around and knocks him out cold! MacFarlane hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Rian MacFarlane!
Rian MacFarlane was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
