Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yoko Gushiken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dzuzaska Guzman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guzman has chosen Tupac- Ambitionz Az a Ridah as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Gushiken uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Guzman.
Gushiken swings for the body but Guzman moves out of range.

A punch lands to the side of Guzman 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Guzman fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gushiken looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Guzman tries to bum rush Gushiken with a series of wild strikes but Gushiken uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

A nice left hand lands by Guzman.

Gushiken lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Guzman backwards.
Gushiken tries to work over Guzman's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Guzman breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A nice combination there by Guzman.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gushiken throws a hook but Guzman blocks it.
Guzman connects with a body shot that sends Gushiken's belly button to the back.
Nice defenses there by Guzman.
Guzman throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gushiken.
Guzman steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gushiken.
Gushiken just misses with a punch to the body.
Despite the aggression on Guzman's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Guzman takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Guzman looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Gushiken misses with a few strikes there.
Guzman dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Guzman lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Guzman thumps Gushiken with a low kick.

and Gushiken counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Gushiken walks into a jab.
Guzman gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Gushiken.
Guzman displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gushiken throws out the jab.

and Guzman counters with a good low kick that Gushiken was not able to check.

Gushiken has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Gushiken is rocked!
The fighters circle, before Guzman throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Gushiken's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Guzman lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Dzuzaska Guzman!
A less than humble Dzuzaska Guzman misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
