Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Shelby Foote (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jenky Pupoo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Shelby Foote has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Shelby Foote seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Fedor Mirinova and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pupoo stuffs the takedown.
A little jabbing left from Pupoo on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
A left and a right from Foote both land. Nice combination.
Foote takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Foote scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Pupoo is trying to get back to half guard.
Foote throws a strike aimed at the side of Pupoo's head but Pupoo avoids it well.
Pupoo being controlled for a moment.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pupoo can do anything to dispel that myth.
Foote is looking to take a break and control but Pupoo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Foote in side control, throwing shots but Pupoo defends.

Foote throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
We've been hearing good reports from Foote's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Foote misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Foote is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Pupoo dodges the ground and pound from Foote.
Pupoo tries to bench press Foote off him but Foote keeps the position.
Foote thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Foote working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Foote is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Pupoo knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Pupoo tries to control Foote's head but Foote pushes him back down and moves quickly to lock up an arm here - he's swung around for an armbar! Will he get it??? Yes! Pupoo is tapping out! Lovely Jiu Jitsu there!
