Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sean Tallon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Titan Rain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rain has chosen Die for Metal as his entrance music. Titan Rain told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
33 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Sean Tallon! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 3 - 3, fighting out of Los Angeles, Titan Rain! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rain avoids the head kick by Tallon.
Rain has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Tallon is landing a low percentage of strikes. Tallon is looking to land body kicks. A little jabbing left from Rain on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. A clash of legs there as Rain blocks the low kick. Tallon tries to land a leg kick but Rain saw it coming and moves away.
Tallon takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Rain closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Rain lands in his opponent's guard. Rain tries to free his leg and advance position but Tallon is retaining full guard. Rain chips away with some ground and pound. Rain is working Tallon over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Tallon utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Rain in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Tallon avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Tallon controlling the position. Tallon lands a lovely overhand right. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rain stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Rain fails with the takedown. Tallon rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

It seemed like Rain was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Tallon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rain manages to avoid it. Tallon tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rain was well out of range. Poor timing from Tallon. An inside leg kick from Rain misses. Tallon tries a head kick but it misses.
Rain is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Tallon. Tallon seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. A leg kick checked by Tallon. Rain is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Tallon misses the shot to the body. Rain now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Rain works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Rain shoots in looking for a takedown but Tallon manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Rain's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Tallon tries to clinch and Rain counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Tallon clinches with his opponent.

Rain tries to break the clinch but Tallon is controlling the position. A nice left hand lands by Rain.
Rain misses with a short punch on the inside. Rain lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Tallon backwards. Tallon throws a punch but it's blocked by Rain. Rain breaks from the clinch.
Rain throws an overhand right that lands on Tallon's shoulder, as Tallon tries to avoid the shot. Rain thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Tallon if he has to take too many more of those.
Tallon on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Rain fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Tallon. Rain avoids the head kick by Tallon.
A little jabbing left from Rain on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Tallon gets off balance looking for a body kick and Tallon takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Rain shoots in but Tallon avoids the takedown attempt easily. Sean Tallon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Titan Rain. Tallon lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Titan Rain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Tallon steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Rain. Tallon clobbers Rain with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Tallon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rain manages to avoid it. Tallon throws a sloppy head kick and Rain moves out of range easily. Rain throws a head kick but Tallon moves out of range.
Tallon is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Rain. Rain misses with a double jab.
Rain shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Tallon is trying to stand.
Tallon pushes Rain off and gets back to his feet. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rain is looking to land body kicks. Tallon throws a quick counter kick to the body but Rain avoids it. Rain throws a hook to the side of Tallon's head but Tallon sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Tallon looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit. Nice uppercut there from Tallon. Rain scoring well with a low kick there.

A close round but Titan Rain will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

It looks like Titan Rain has been cut. Rain misses with a takedown attempt - Tallon sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rain feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Tallons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Tallon takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Nice straight punches there by Rain. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Rain. Rain sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Tallon is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Rain works Tallon's body with a nice hook. Rain throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Tallon thumps Rain with a low kick. Nice uppercut lands for Rain. That snapped Tallon's head back.

And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Titan Rain. Well Rain has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
