Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between LeSean McCoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuki Takeda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, LeSean McCoy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yuki Takeda! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Takeda, as that shot connected.
LeSean McCoy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. McCoy shoots in looking for a takedown. Takeda tries to sprawl out of it but McCoy keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Takeda manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Takeda lands a nice hook to McCoy's body. McCoy takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. McCoy pushes Takeda up against the cage in a clinch. Takeda lands a nice uppercut. McCoy leaning his opponent against the cage. McCoy has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Takeda avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. McCoy is looking to control Takeda's arms but Takeda gets an underhook and turns him. Now McCoy has his back to the cage. McCoy prevents Takeda from breaking the clinch. A nice right hand lands inside from Takeda. Takeda wants to get back to striking at distance but McCoy won't allow it.

That's one minute gone in the round. Takeda swats away the attempt to clinch by McCoy. McCoy moves forwards but Takeda connects with a nice, crisp jab. McCoy takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. McCoy fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Takeda throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent McCoy stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Takeda swinging wilding here.
Takeda lands with a hook. McCoy tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Takeda scores with a nice head shot. Takeda listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Takeda lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Jab, jab by Takeda - just one landing. Takeda with a nice cross. Takeda is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round!McCoy had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. McCoy doesn't manage to clinch there - Takeda circles away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McCoy shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Takeda but Takeda pushes him off and we're back to square one. Takeda misses with a wild combination.

McCoy has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from McCoy there as he acknowledges the shot. Takeda jabs at McCoy's body. McCoy drives through and clinches with Takeda against the cage.

Takeda scores with a shoulder strike. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. McCoy prevents Takeda from breaking the clinch. Takeda is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Takeda has had enough of the clinch but McCoy keeps him there for the moment. McCoy tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. McCoy is trying to trip Takeda. He has hold of a leg but Takeda is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. McCoy persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. McCoy throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Takeda keeping full guard, as McCoy tries to pass. McCoy is breathing heavily. McCoy trying to control the position from guard on top but Takeda is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Takeda can do anything to dispel that myth. Takeda keeping moving, preventing McCoy from controlling successfully. McCoy thows a big elbow that misses. Takeda really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McCoy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Takeda wants to get back to his feet but McCoy is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Takeda scores with a jab to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Takeda connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. McCoy drives through and clinches with Takeda against the cage.
Takeda lands with a light punch inside. Takeda has had enough of the clinch but McCoy keeps him there for the moment. McCoy is struggling to control the position. Takeda breaks the clinch.

Takeda connects with the punch. McCoy closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Takeda is trying to stand.

Yuki Takeda dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Nice jab there from Takeda. Takeda lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. McCoy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Takeda as he avoids it easily. The fight stays on the outside here - McCoy looks like he's thinking about clinching though. A cross from Takeda lands. Takeda uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before McCoy has time to react. A shot to de liver by Takeda. Beautiful body shot. Takeda lands a nice shot that snaps McCoy's head back.

McCoy closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - McCoy lands in his opponent's guard. McCoy won't allow Takeda to get back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. McCoy loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. McCoy closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Takeda to the mat! Takeda manages to get full guard. The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A left and a right from Takeda both land. Nice combination. McCoy walks into a jab. Takeda connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Takeda throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Takeda scores with a shot to the body.

McCoy moves in looking to clinch but Takeda pushes him off. Takeda throws out a powerful jab. McCoy tries to clinch but Takeda moves out of range. McCoy wants to clinch but Takeda slips to the side and Takeda counters with a one-two to the body. Takeda scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

That's four minutes gone in the round. No luck for McCoy with that takedown attempt. Takeda lands an overhand right. McCoy fails in his attempt to clinch. McCoy scores with a takedown into Takeda's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Takeda is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst McCoy is controlling him. McCoy working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Yuki Takeda will probably get the nod - 10:9. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Takeda is looking to break free of the clinch but McCoy has double underhooks. McCoy changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Takeda fights it off and pushes away nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round. McCoy is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Takeda doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time McCoy. Both fighters are breathing heavily. McCoy throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. McCoy thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Takeda's head. Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. McCoy scores a takedown into full mount! McCoy has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Takeda's face.

Yuki Takeda is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. McCoy trying to control but Takeda is having none of it. McCoy misses with a head shot. McCoy is landing with some decent strikes but Takeda is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. McCoy postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Takeda looks a forlorn figure.
Takeda is rocked! McCoy in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Takeda is still in real trouble! Can McCoy finish him? McCoy working the ground and pound effectively.
McCoy breaks from Takeda's wrist control and lands an elbow. McCoy has isolated one of Takeda's arms. Takeda looking to fight him off but McCoy twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
