Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tix throws a series of punches but Grayson moves out of range. Grayson feints and as Tix raises his hands in defense, Grayson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Grayson drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Tix dives on top into guard. Grayson has his foot on Tix's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tix works his way back into a safe position though. Grayson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Tix is one step ahead there. Grayson has an active guard here but Tix has managed to pass into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grayson trying to control but Tix postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Tix stands up out of the half guard. Grayson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Tix will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Tix shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Tix wanted to stand there but Grayson had control of the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Grayson has an active guard here but Tix has managed to pass into half guard.
Grayson has a hand on Tix's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Tix takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Grayson regains half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Clay Tix dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Grayson throws a hook but Tix avoids it easily. Grayson takes a swing at Tix's ribcage but misses. Grayson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tix stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Tix fails to land with a series of punches.
Tix moves away from the strike by Grayson. Tix doesn't manage to clinch there - Grayson circles away.
Tix takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Tix is looking to clinch. Tix uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Grayson. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Grayson scores with a jab. Tix acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Clay Tix seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Grayson misses with a few strikes there.
Grayson missing with a left hand there. Tix was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Tix throws a left and a right that both miss
and Grayson counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Grayson. Grayson gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tix wants to clinch letting Grayson counter with a right hand. Tix closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tix lands in his opponent's guard. Tix trying to stand up but can't free himself from Grayson's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Grayson is trying to control the position but Tix postures up. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Grayson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Grayson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Tix!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tix squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Grayson putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Grayson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Tix can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Grayson landing strikes from the mount and Tix is in trouble! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kiedis Grayson dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Tix misses with a double jab.
Tix throws a combination that misses enabling Grayson to counter with a crisp jab. Tix scores with a decent looking hook. Grayson throws out a loose jab but Tix uses good head movement to avoid it. Grayson gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Tix throws a nice looking combination but Grayson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Tix moves out of range as Grayson strikes. Tix throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Grayson avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Tix throws a combination that misses and Grayson counters with a straight right hand. Tix shoots and misses and Grayson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Tix won't be happy with that. Tix takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Grayson has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Tix is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Grayson yanks on the arm and Tix is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Grayson.
