The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muise wants to clinch up but Mayhew keeps it at a distance.
Alexander Mayhew seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Muise misses with a wild body shot.
Mayhew lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Mayhew lands a left and a right that send Muise crashing to the mat, dazed. Mayhew thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Muise is rocked!
It looks like Gavin Muise has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mayhew plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Muise to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Muise just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
