Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lucas St Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Scraps (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Pierre shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Scraps takes the fight into the clinch.

Scraps closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming St Pierre to the mat! St Pierre manages to get full guard.

St Pierre had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Scraps is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. St Pierre Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Scraps's back instead.

Scraps bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in St Pierre's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Jose Scraps comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Scraps has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
