Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dan Withem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ned Nedeltsev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Dan Withem has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dan Withem! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ned Nedeltsev! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Franklyn Lucas and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some wild striking there from Withem.
Dan Withem seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The fighters circle momentarily. Nedeltsev darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Some wild striking there from Withem.
Nedeltsev doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Withem falls off balance throwing a combination
and Nedeltsev counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Withem! Nedeltsev scores with punches from side control. Nedeltsev working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Withem is trying to get back to half guard. Nedeltsev throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nedeltsev is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Withem has escaped the position, nice work there. Nedeltsev fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Nedeltsev thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Withem tries to bench press Nedeltsev off him but Nedeltsev keeps the position. Nedeltsev in side control, throwing shots but Withem defends. Nedeltsev tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Nedeltsev has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Nedeltsev lands some shots froms side control. Nedeltsev has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nedeltsev is trying to get an arm triangle but Withem is defending well. Nedeltsev tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Nedeltsev has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Withem tries to improve position but can't. Nedeltsev working the body and head with strikes. Withem is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Withem is working hard here to advance position. Withem avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Nedeltsev. Withem knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nedeltsev on the ground. Nedeltsev has hold of Withem's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Withem tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Nedeltsev cranks the arm and Withem screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Withem, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
