The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Friday Thirteen uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Fitzpatrick.
Friday Thirteen throws a lazy body kick
and Fitzpatrick counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Fitzpatrick closes the distance and pushes Friday Thirteen back into the cage.
Friday Thirteen tries to circle away but Fitzpatrick has him pinned against the cage.
Friday Thirteen tries to pull guard but Fitzpatrick forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
A short body shot lands from Fitzpatrick as the two fighters clinch.
Fitzpatrick lands with a light punch inside.
A right hook to the body lands for Fitzpatrick.
Friday Thirteen wants to break free but Fitzpatrick has control.
Fitzpatrick lands a hook that snaps the head of Friday Thirteen backwards.
Friday Thirteen is trying to break the clinch but Fitzpatrick has him pressed against the cage.
Fitzpatrick looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Fitzpatrick lands on the inside with an uppercut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Fitzpatrick creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Friday Thirteen tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Fitzpatrick moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
